Oaks Family Care Center's Teen Anxiety Group is back for another 6 week "Winter Session"!

Teens (Grades 6–12) are invited to join Miss Kim for a 6-week winter group focused on building calm, connection, and confidence.

This supportive group meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday, beginning January 20th through April 7th.

Through hands-on, heart-centered sessions, teens will learn to:

• Handle peer pressure and tough choices in healthy ways

• Manage winter blues, low motivation, and school stress

• Build resilience with coping tools they can use every day

Teens will leave with greater confidence, emotional awareness, and practical strategies they can use right away. This is a safe, supportive space to grow, connect, and feel understood.

Attending all sessions is encouraged but not required.
