Oaks Family Care Center's Teen Anxiety Group is back for another 6 week "Summer Session"!

Teens (Grades 6–12) are invited to join Miss Kim for a 6-week winter group focused on building calm, connection, and confidence.

This supportive group meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday, beginning July 7th through September 15th.

Together, the series takes teens from discovering who they are to equipping them with practical skills and lasting confidence they can carry into everyday life.

Attending all classes encouraged but not required.
