Oaks Family Care Center's Teen Anxiety Group is back for a 6 week "Summer Edition!" Join Miss Kim and other teens (13-18 years old) for six engaging sessions that will meet every other week starting July 1st. Each session tackles a different challenge (like handling social anxiety, managing transitions, and reframing fearful thoughts) with hands-on activities and practical tools. From learning body-based calming techniques to assembling their own personalized “anxiety toolbox,” participants will walk away with greater confidence, emotional awareness, and real-life strategies they can use right away. It’s a supportive space to grow, connect, and feel understood this summer.

The class will meet every other Tuesday (in July) and every Tuesday (1st 3 weeks of August) at 6 PM at Oaks Family Care Center starting on July 1st, 2025.

Class Dates: July 1st, July 15th, July 29th, August 5th, August 12th, and August 19th.

All 6 weeks are encouraged but not required!
