Oaks Family Care Center's Teen Anxiety Group is back for another 6 week "Fall Session"!

Teens grade 6 - 12 are invited to join our fall session. We’ll meet every other Tuesday beginning on September 16th for hands-on, heart-centered sessions focused on:

✔ Learning mindfulness and coping strategies in a fun, supportive group setting

✔ Engaging in hands-on creative projects, movement games, and guided reflection

✔ Practicing skills for stress relief, emotional awareness, and self-regulation

✔ Celebrating growth and confidence with a fun fall-themed finale

Walk away with greater confidence, emotional awareness, and real-life strategies that can be used right away.  It’s a supportive space to grow, connect, and feel understood.

Attending all classes encouraged but not required.
