About The Event
There has been a lot of emotional outrage regarding the Supreme Court’s ruling on Roe Vs. Wade. On Thursday, September 1st at 5:30pm, I will provide a little history that led to the legalization of abortion and what this ruling is about. Abortion is about real people dealing with a real crisis and needs to be understood in a real way that includes not only the intellectual aspect but also the physical, spiritual and social aspects. I have worked with not only the woman who is addressing the pregnancy but also her family and also at times men who have had to deal with an unplanned pregnancy. I have learned from them about their struggles and real life issues that don't end with the abortion or the pregnancy but continue throughout the person(s) lives. I will share information and life stories I've been a part of throughout these many years.
