There are a number of ways for you to be involved at the Oaks.
We could use your help-even for an hour or two.
OSHA Coordinator-we are becoming OSHA compliant as we convert to a medical facility. We need someone to oversee our OSHA requirements to make sure we are always current.
Development-If you have skills and abilities that lend themselves to raising funds, we need someone to oversee our ongoing funding raising efforts.
Grant writing-we need someone who would be willing to write 4-5 grants a year from private foundations for specific projects (no government grants).
Internet Marketing-if you have any experience in how to use a website and social media to reach both clients and donors, we could use your guidance. Knowledge of SEOs would be a huge help.
Experience in writing a business plan? We are working on an in depth business plan and will need help in tracking down all the ingredients of a business plan.
Marketing Coordinator-if you have marketing skills, we could really use your help in marketing our organization, especially the new programs.
Social Media Coordinator-if you like hanging out on social media, we need help in keeping all of our outlets (Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram etc. up to date.
Receptionist-If you like talking on the phone, greeting clients and doing general office work, we have a number of hours available at various times during the week.
Baby Bottles-we need someone to oversee our ongoing Baby Bottle program where we distribute baby bottles to area churches to ask their congregations to fill them up with change.
Miscellaneous-other areas where we need help-folding newsletters (quarterly); childcare during adult classes,working in our Material Goods and Food Pantry to assist clients and help in cleaning our facility.
