INDIVIDUAL CLASSES: VOLUNTEER TRAINING- : Our training is to equip you to prepare to serve as a
pregnancy center peer counselor. You will have an opportunity to lead clients out of fear and confusion into a safe place
of healing and hopefulness. We also need help with data entry, receptionist/light office work, newsletter committee/design
flyers, and fundraising. INSPIRITIONAL STUDY AND DISCUSSION GROUP LIFE SKILLS FOR MEN & WOMEN- : This course is to support and aid people
involved in broken and dissatisfying relationships. Implementing these new skills will enable individuals to rebuild their
life and improve their self-image ONGOING INDIVIDUAL SERVICES BREAST FEEDING CONSULTATIONS INFANT MASSAGE- Learn how to massage your baby. (For Baby, Mom & Dad) INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY SUPPORT- Parenting, Faith Building, Prenatal, Infant Care,
Lifestyle Issues, etc. MATERIAL GOODS- Provides free diapers, formula, baby food, and clothing for newborn to size 5, cribs and many other baby items. Layettes given to expectant mothers who have taken classes. PAR (Post Abortion Recovery)- For both men and women after the abortion experience, due to unresolved psychological and spiritual issues. (Call for confidential information) PREGNANCY TESTING AND ADVISING- Caring, confidential support, provided free of charge. (Please call or stop by the center) VISITATION PROGRAM (FACT)- Provides monitored custody exchanges of children and supervised visits for the non-custodial parent (Call for appointment) COMMUNITY REFERRALS- Our staff is available to connect families with the services they need in our community. CLASSES FOR PARENTS: INFANT CPR- This is a one night class covering infant CPR and safety issues. PARENT PROJECT- Class for parents of teenagers. Change destructive adolescent behavior, prevent negative behavior before they occur, and step by step action plans to handle children who are acting out or refusing to follow the rules. PRENATAL CLASSES- Classes cover trimester education, safety issues, labor & delivery (cesarean sections), breast & bottle feeding, and nutrition. MOM'S GROUP- A group providing social time for moms and kids. Special presentations available on topics such as infant/toddler CPR, nutrition, parenting etc. BRINGING BABY HOME- Practical advise, when to call the Doctor, diapering, bathing, recognizing baby’s needs, car seat safety, baby blues and much more. LOVING SOLUTIONS CLASSES- Parenting class in raising tough kids ages 5-10 (specializes in ADHD & ADD) BREASTFEEDING- What to expect when breastfeeding, benefits to mother & baby. DOCTOR DAD- Workshop for Dad to get involved. Topics include well child, sick child, safe child and injured child. ATTACHMENTS- Why you love, feel and act the way you do. ONGOING SERVICES FOR PARENTS: PRESCHOOL PLAY DATE WOMEN OF STRENGTH MOM'S GROUP CHILD SUPPORT AND CHILD CUSTODY INFORMATIONAL SUPPORT GROUP- FOR KIDS & TEENS: FAMILY CAFE- all welcome! Free pool, air hockey, board games. Light Refreshments served. G.I.R.L.S. Scrapbooking Club- LINCS for TEEN GIRLZ- This
is a fun after school group that meets for snacks, crafts and "girl talk" with
an emphasis on learning who God created each of us to be and establishing
