INDIVIDUAL CLASSES: PRENATAL CLASSES- Classes cover trimester education, safety issues, labor & delivery (cesarean sections), breast & bottle feeding, and nutrition. INFANT CPR- This is a one night class covering infant CPR and safety issues. BRINGING BABY HOME- Practical advise, when to call the Doctor, diapering,
bathing, recognizing baby’s needs, car seat safety, baby blues and much more. INFANT MASSAGE- Learn how to massage your baby. (For Baby, Mom & Dad) BREASTFEEDING- What to expect when breastfeeding, benefits to mother & baby. ***IF YOU ATTEND EIGHT OUT OF TEN SESSIONS OF THE ABOVE FIVE CLASSES YOU WILL BE PUT INTO A RAFFLE TO WIN ONE OF TWO EVENFLO CONVERTIBLE CAR SEATS*** VOLUNTEER TRAINING- : Our training is to equip you to prepare to serve as a
pregnancy center peer counselor. You will have an opportunity to lead clients out of fear and confusion into a safe place
of healing and hopefulness. We also need help with data entry, receptionist/light office work, newsletter committee/design
flyers, and fundraising. INSPIRATIONAL STUDY AND DISCUSSION GROUP LIFE SKILLS FOR MEN- : This course is to support and aid people
involved in broken and dissatisfying relationships. Implementing these new skills will enable individuals to rebuild their
life and improve their self-image LIFE SKILLS FOR WOMEN- : This course is to support and aid people
involved in broken and dissatisfying relationships. Implementing these new skills will enable individuals to rebuild their
life and improve their self-image MARRIAGE L.I.N.K.S. (Lasting Intimacy through Nurturing, Knowledge and Skills)-
Intamacy is the foundation of strong relationships. This program will help you learn how to achieve and
keep this intimacy by gaining a better understanding and knowledge of communication and conflict
resolution. Cost for workbooks and meals are $50.00 per couple. Reservations are limited and required
by Sept 30th.

Lifestyle Issues, etc. MATERIAL GOODS- Provides free diapers, formula, baby food, and clothing for newborn to size 5, cribs and many other baby items. Layettes given to expectant mothers who have taken classes. MDK (Mom Dad Kids) BOUTIQUE - POST ABORTION CLASSES: SURRENDERING THE SECRET-
For both men and women after the abortion experience, due to unresolved psychological and spiritual issues. PREGNANCY TESTING AND ADVISING- Caring, confidential support, provided free of charge. (Please call or stop by the center) VISITATION PROGRAM (FACT)- Provides monitored custody exchanges of children and supervised visits for the non-custodial parent (Call for appointment) COMMUNITY REFERRALS- Our staff is available to connect families with the services they need in our community. PANTRY- Emergency food pantry OBB - Ohio Benefits Bank MDK/BOOK NOOK- walk in - Gently used books for donation. CLASSES FOR PARENTS: PARENT PROJECT- Class for parents of teenagers. Change destructive adolescent behavior, prevent negative behavior before it occurs, and create step by step action plans to handle children who are acting out or refusing to follow the rules. LOVING SOLUTIONS CLASSES- Parenting class in raising tough kids ages 5-10 (specializes in ADHD & ADD) DOCTOR DAD- Workshop for Dad to get involved. Topics include well child, sick child, safe child and injured child. ATTACHMENTS- Why you love, feel and act the way you do, early bonding INCREDIBLE YEARS- Parenting class for children, ages 2-10. Discuss social skills,
problem solving skills, anger management strategies and much more. PARENT SUPPORT GROUP- Childcare provided BIBLE STUDY/PRAYER GROUP ANGER MANAGEMENT/FATHERHOOD- Pastor Cahill ONGOING SERVICES FOR PARENTS: PRESCHOOL PLAY DATE LEGAL CLINIC CHILD SUPPORT AND CHILD CUSTODY INFORMATIONAL SUPPORT GROUP- PARENTING CLINIC- Tips and tactics to protect your child, recognizing
signs of abuse, avoiding doing something that could be claimed as abusive, etc. FINANCIAL CLINIC- MOVING FORWARD- Panel of parents who have been through the divorce process
to answer questions and offer tips/tactics that worked for them in regards to child custody exchanges, setting up a household,
going back to school, dating, etc. FOR KIDS & TEENS: FAMILY CAFE- all welcome! Free pool, air hockey, board games. Light Refreshments served. TEENS FOR SUCCESS - 8 week program for teens in High school.
